Peggy Saylor's responsibilities include processing and tracking requests for quotations, sample requests, manufacturer cross reference requests and expedites. She is also the primary interface with franchised distribution.

Felicia Morganti has been with the firm for three (3) years interfacing with our customers and manufacturers. Her responsibilities include inside sales administration and bookkeeping.

Mary Lou Bianchi began with the firm in 1991. She has outside sales responsibilities for several of our largest customers including one of our largest revenue generating customers. 

Prior to joining Harmon & Sullivan Associates, Inc, Mary Lou had responsibility for all phases of the general operations and management of an electrical contract assembly house. 
Steve Harmon is the President and one of the founding partners of the firm.  He attended Purdue University, and has held a variety of technical and managerial positions at prominent electronic OEMs’.  Steve began his career with E-Systems, followed by a three (3) year relationship with  the Aerospace Division of ITT. 

From 1982 to 1987 he worked for what is now the Electronic Design Automation Division  of   the Harris Corporation, holding a variety of managerial positions in both applications engineering and contract design service organizations.
